Parenthood: Navigating Leaves of Absences, Benefits, and Beyond

HR professionals will be guided through applicable leaves of absences for employees entering parenthood. Benefits, wage replacement, and job security will be reviewed from the perspective of the mother, father, and guardians. HR professionals will walk through interactive process examples and hypotheticals.

A snapshot of recent high damage awards in employment lawsuits, along with trends anticipated in 2023 with FEHA and wage-and-hour claims.

HR professionals will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session to better understand the trends and ways to avoid legal risk.
