PB&W Celebrates 40 Years of Defending California Employers

Starting as a single office in the San Fernando Valley in 1984, PBW has grown to six offices across California with 15 partners, 41 attorneys and 79 staff today. Founding partner Barry Pearlman’s vision to provide California employers with better access to quality legal work celebrates forty years of success.

“I started the firm after seeing the challenges my father and brothers faced running a family business and carved out a niche representing California employers – many of whom have been clients for over three decades,” says Pearlman. “What started as a small office has grown exponentially and our success these last 40 years is due to the longevity of our relationships with our clients and staff. This is what keeps me going.”
