In late 2002 Mr. Hafford and his family moved to the Bay Area. Since that time, he has practiced workers’ compensation defense exclusively in California, representing insurance companies, self-insured employers, third party administrators and other entities. This representation has also included the prosecution of claims for subrogation.

For over 13 years Mr. Hafford was employed as house counsel for a well-known Insurance Company. During that time, he served as a Senior Litigation Attorney and an Assistant Vice President, where he developed, managed and supervised the Company’s Trial Initiative Program.
