Brian Penney

Brian A. Penney has been practicing exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense since 2000. Brian represents employers and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation. Brian has defended employers and carriers against CIGA and has been successful in defeating CIGA on issues of general-special employment and reimbursement.

Client satisfaction is Brian’s top priority. Brian takes an aggressive approach and uses creative strategies to achieve the results most beneficial to the client. Brian believes that a team approach with adjusters and employers leads to the necessary communication to successfully defend the most difficult of cases.
