Candice S. Berry

Candice S. Berry is a Senior Employment & Litigation Counsel in the firm’s Orange county office, where she represents and advises employers in a variety of industries in all aspects of employment law including wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, discrimination and workplace violence. Candice also provides guidance regarding compliance, employee performance, discipline and accommodation issues. Candice counsels clients on day-to-day employment and operations issues to help them prevent unnecessary litigation.

Candice earned her Juris Doctorate from the U.C. Davis School of Law. She received her Bachelor’s Degree, with magna cum laude honors, from U.C. Irvine.
