Mohammad Jahangard

Mohammad “Mo” Jahangard is a seasoned litigator who has been exclusively practicing Workers’ Compensation law since June 2014. Mo is very well versed in all facets of Workers’ Compensation law, including the AMA Guides 5th Edition, and the DSM-IV-TR. Mo is a passionate advocate for his clients, and enjoys the legal handling of complex matters. Mo takes immense pride in out of the box thinking to creatively find the best solution to each issue. While conscious of the increasing litigation costs and exerting every effort to facilitate early claim resolution, Mo is a firm believer that case resolution should not come at a hefty price when not warranted and does not shy away from litigating claims that simple do not warrant exuberant settlement. Mo is an avid listener of Jazz and Blues, loves baseball, football, and soccer, and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
