Nicholas Tse

Nicholas Tse is a Senior Associate with Pearlman, Brown & Wax, LLP specializing in the defense of workers’ compensation claims.  He represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, third-party administrators and corporations in all aspects of workers’ compensation, from inception to resolution of their cases. He develops legal strategy for discovery, investigation, conferences and trials. He appears at WCABs throughout Northern California.  During his career he has successfully Petitioned for Writ Review before several California Court of Appeals and performed Oral Arguments before the Third and Sixth District Court of Appeals of the State of California on behalf of his clients.

Nicholas graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2001 with a BA in Political Science.  He would later obtain his JD degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2007.

In his free time, Nicholas can be found spending time with his family, fly fishing the Sierra Nevada, golfing and rooting for his Golden Bears and the New England Patriots.
