818.501.4343Gloria Aldaz is a hearing/lien representative with Pearlman, Brown & Wax. Her emphasis is in the negotiation and settlement of workers’ compensation liens. Since 1997, Gloria has immersed herself in all aspects of liens, including lien negotiation and defending against lien claims. Additionally, she is well versed and knowledgeable on fee schedule issues. Gloria has extensive experience before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board appearing frequently at lien conferences, lien trials, and mandatory settlement conferences.
Gloria obtained her paraprofessional certificate from Mission College in 1996 and has been a notary public since 1992. She is an active member of the National Notary Association. Gloria has completed 123 hours of Accredited Education earning the California Claims Professional Designation (CCPD). Gloria has obtained her certification as a Bill Review Expert. Gloria enjoys riding horses and spending time with her family in her free time.
