Annette Livingston has over 20 years experience in workers’ compensation where her workers’ compensation career began in insurance as a claims assistant and then advanced to a junior claims examiner. Her career in workers’ compensation defense began in 1990 at Stockwell, Harris, et al, as a legal assistant. Annette completed her paralegal studies and became a paralegal in 1994 at Tobin, Lucks. Annette also has a strong background in civil litigation as a litigation paralegal. Annette is very knowledgeable in legal research, trial preparation and lien negotiations. Annette has also made periodic lien appearances at the Van Nuys Board. Annette currently serves as a lien negotiator in the lien unit at our Encino office.
Annette completed her undergrad in legal studies at Chapman University; and will be continuing her education to pursue a graduate degree in the field of law.
