Ada Rodriguez

Ada a is a Partner at Pearlman, Brown & Wax. She has been exclusively practicing Workers’ Compensation defense, with an emphasis on continuous trauma claims and ADR matters since 2006. Prior to that time, she worked in the civil arena doing trial work defending large corporations and public entities in contract disputes and general liability matters. Ada is the chairperson of the firm DEI committee.

Ada graduated from UC Santa Barbara where she was active in student government and earned a B.A. in English with a minor in Spanish. Ada received her Juris Doctorate degree at American College of Law. It was there that she was the recipient of the Dean’s List honors for four consecutive semesters as well as American Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Law and Entertainment Law. Ada is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys’ Association.

In her leisure time, Ada enjoys attending sporting events, yoga and spending time with her three teenagers.
