Supreme Court Blocks Biden’s Vaccine or Test Mandate for Large Private Companies

Today, The U.S. Supreme Court blocked President Biden’s big business (100+ employees) COVID-19 vaccine-or-test plan finding the Occupational Safety and Health Administration does not have the authority to broadly regulate public health with such a mandate. However, the court upheld a regulation issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that mandate vaccines for almost all employees at hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care providers that receive federal funds to go into effect nationwide.
