Recognized as two of the Valley region’s most influential women in the legal profession, Senior Partner Yvonne Lang and Partner Anahid Silah have been named to San Fernando Valley Business Journal’s Women of Influence: Attorneys 2022 list. Yvonne and Anahid were selected based on their exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.

Yvonne specializes in the defense of workers’ compensation claims and is an experienced trial attorney. She has successfully litigated complex issues before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and previously worked as a workers’ compensation claims specialist obtaining her self-insurance certificate, WCCP designation and her CPDM. She also previously worked as a fraud investigator assisting on several high-profile cases. Yvonne has served as the Chair of the State Bar Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee and is a past president of the California Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys Association and is a frequent speaker for the DWC, CAAA and other industry organizations.
Anahid’s practice also focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation, from case inception through trial and appeal, as well as insurance defense. She has worked as a litigator representing a variety of commercial and individual clients, and has a unique interest and background in the handling of complicated medical and medical-legal issues.
