Teresa Dietz

Teresa is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. Teresa is an experienced litigator in Workers’ Compensation who has won numerous awards in her field of practice. Teresa began her career in civil litigation as a corporate attorney. In 2005, she started at State Compensation Insurance Fund where she handled millions of dollars in lien claims. While there she was responsible for a Court of Appeals Decision upholding contract rates in lien payments. Since her time at State Fund she has worked with clients ranging from the San Diego Unified School District to Moon Valley Nursery. During her career she has also worked as Senior Deputy Counsel to the County of San Diego and as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance. Teresa has extensive knowledge in handling all aspects of workers’ compensation and works hard to resolve claims expeditiously.
