July 2023 Minimum Wage Increases

A minimum wage increase went into effect in Los Angeles July 1, 2023. Employers are required to comply with the increases and post specific flyers communicating the information.

For employers within Los Angeles City:

• Minimum wage increased to $16.78 per hour.
• Employers are required to post this poster.

For employers within Los Angeles County:

• Minimum wage increased to $16.90.
• Employers are required to post this poster annually.
