Partner Justin Borska Designated as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law

Partner Justin Borska has been designated as a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law by The State Bar of California. This advanced professional credential is awarded based on successful completion of the Legal Specialist Examination, a demonstration of a high level of experience, at least 45 hours of continued education and favorable evaluations from other attorneys and judges.

Borska’s practice focuses on all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims, including sports litigation, subrogation, Labor Code Section 132(a) and Serious and Willful claims.
