PBW Welcomes Partner Nikki Mehrpoo to the Concord Office

We’re excited to welcome Nikki Mehrpoo as a Partner in the Workers’ Compensation and Immigration Law departments. She has extensive litigation experience in workers’ compensation claims, serious and willful misconduct claims and violations of California Labor Code §132a. Mehrpoo also handles issues related to employment law, undocumented immigrants, ADA and FEHA. She is the first and only dual-certified legal specialist in Workers’ Compensation and Immigration Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Mehrpoo obtained her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.S. Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge. She is licensed to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
