Senior Associates Jonathan Brown and Saerim Luciano are presenting “Cal/OSHA is Knocking, Are You Ready?” to the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA) Woodland Hills chapter. Their program will offer insights for HR professionals on Cal/OSHA, including:

• The Cal/OSHA investigation and citation process.
• How to respond and what policies/documents to maintain.
• Best practices to avoid and reduce Cal/OSHA penalties, workers’ compensation risk and how to implement defensive and subrogation strategies.
• Updates on Cal/OSHA reporting, beginning on March 2, 2024

The program is valid for 1.5 PDC for the SHRM-CP^SM or SHRM-SCP^SM and for 1.5 California-specific recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
